I. Free training plan:

1) Free technical training for personnel and long-term technical support plan;

2) Our company will provide free technical consultation on product performance, use, maintenance, etc.

II. Extra-long warranty:

The free warranty period for the instrument host and main components is 1 year (consumables are not included), and the warranty period is calculated from the date of instrument acceptance signature. During the warranty period, all services and accessories (due to equipment malfunction without human interference) are free of charge, and lifelong maintenance is provided.

III. Quick response:

Our company's maintenance engineers will make a substantive response to the user's service requirements within 4 hours after receiving the notice and provide emergency strategies. If on-site service is required, we can arrive on-site within 24 hours.

IV. Out-of-warranty maintenance:

Outside the warranty period, our company will provide regular maintenance and lifelong maintenance. Our company promises to charge a preferential maintenance fee for on-site maintenance outside the warranty period. If you need to replace spare parts and purchase accessories, it will be provided at cost.

V. System upgrade:

Our company will provide users with free lifetime software upgrades for the instrument, and charge cost-based fees for related hardware upgrades. As well as provide formal upgrade solutions for problems and faults that cannot be solved by maintenance and technical support.

Spring Preparative LC Columns (SC)

1. The international spring adaptive adjustment device design is adopted. When maintaining a stable high internal pressure, the column bed will not collapse, and the column efficiency will not drop sharply. Even if the column bed is loose and collapsed, no tools are required, and the spring column can realize the function of self-stabilizing the column bed;

2. The inner wall of the column barrel adopts military-grade precision polishing and concentric processing technology: the surface roughness of the column wall Ra≤0.2μm. Minimize the influence of the column wall effect, higher product quality and more stable performance;

3. High column efficiency, it is easy to achieve linear amplification from analysis to preparation; the unique column end distribution piece design makes the chromatography process of the sample more uniform and the peak shape more symmetrical;

4. It can be disassembled, which is convenient for users to refill various fillers by themselves. This type of spring column can also be used in both positive and negative directions;
